王军（Jim Wang），现定居上海，祖籍山西阳泉盂县。中学就读盂县一中，本科毕业于北京理工大学，同年留校工作。1995年3月获北京理工大学内燃机专业硕士学位。1996年到1998年期间在北京理工大学内燃机专业攻读博士学位，曾在国内学术刊物<<汽车工程>>、<<内燃机工程>>、<<内燃机学报>>发表论文。

1998年8月赴美国波士顿东北大学工程学院机械工程系担任助教，2000年9月获得该校机械工程硕士学位，主要研究方向热流体。在东北大学工程学院机械工程系Levendis, Y. 教授主持的国家自然科学基金项目 (NSFGRANTNOCTS9908962)担任研究助理并指导两名研究生的论文，从事城市固体废物和柴油燃料燃烧排放控制的研究。与Levendis, Y.教授(https://coe.northeastern.edu/people/levendis-yiannis/)，麻省理工学院(MIT) 访问教授Howard Jack和RD&E中心合作研究。主要研究成果发表在国际刊物<< Environment Science Technology >>、<<Energy and Fuels>> 及<<Fuel>>等。2009年3月回国在苏州带领150人团队实践Scrum, 2015年初成为Scrum 联盟的CST（Certified Scrum Trainer） 至今。
