有很多工具类其实Apache Common包里都有，所以每次开发之前都可以先看下是否这包里已经有相关的工具类，5月份并发网组织大家翻译Apache Common包。
有兴趣的同学可以通过评论领取，翻译完成之后再并发网直接提交审核。
