Internet Download Accelerator (简称 IDA)，支持HTTP及FTP的通讯协议、动态多线程下载、断线续传、排程下载、完成后自动关机、下载完成后写入纪录文件、剪贴簿监控、IE功能整合等等，功能可以跟FlashGet相比。

IDA 是来自俄罗斯的一款免费的下载工具，由westbyte开发^，有免费和注册两种版本。他自带有FTP浏览器，支持FTP下载。并且，这个程序自带有中文语言包(语言包已更新，支持最新的5.15版）。另外这个软件在俄国叫做 Download Master。
