AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT and debugging into the Function module : SUSR_ZBV_CHECK_IF_ACTIVE,then throw exception as follow:

Because you have created Transaction Code by selecting option ‘Program and screen (dialog transaction)’. This is causing the issue.
Please try to change this to ‘Program and Selection screen(Report transaction)’ and retest.
