如果Magento服务器更换IP地址，或者进行服务器迁移，需要更改Magento基本URL，你要登录Magento管理后台，找到System > Configuration > Web > Unsecure > Base URL and System > Configuration > Web > Secure > Base URL.
After that you need to flush cached Magento data at System > Cache Management.
